You really have to consider Magnetic Manager because a lot of employees are quitting because of bad bosses. A rookie manager can become better with the right training. You need to understand that the management style you have needs changes to help both employees and company get what they want. You have to make sure that your manager style is the kind that will help both employees and company grow and progress.
